Description

Brooch ribbon Marshal star with collection box
The rank of a general was set on May 7, 1940. Although it was the same as that of a naval marshal, an air marshal, and a marshal of various arms (professional soldiers), the presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the Soviet Union did not specify what kind of “Marshal star” the general should wear. It was not until November 1, 1974 that the presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the Soviet Union issued an order that the four stars on the general’s epaulet should be changed into one big star, and that the “Marshal star” should be the same as the marshal of the arms and services.
The overall design of the “Marshal star” of marshals and generals of the military and arms is roughly the same as that of the Soviet (Navy) marshal, but the size is slightly different: the circumscribed diameter of the gold star is 42mm, and there is no diamond inlaid at the junction of the two corners; the circumscribed circle of the platinum star is 21mm, with a diamond weighing 2.04 carats in the middle, and the surface of the five corners is inlaid with a total weight of 25.91 carats A little diamond. A total of 370 “Marshal stars” have been produced for marshals and generals.
