These are intended for home games, dealing schools and parties.
They lack some of the security features that casino grade “peekers” contain, which sell for hundreds. These are designed to work with common cards such as Bicycle brand.  NOTE…you must cut a 25mm by 15mm hole into the table top or edge of the rack to install properly. Just as with casino grade peekers overhead lighting is necessary to view cards properly. Also all cards need to be inserted HORIZONTALLY into the peeker to view what is underneath.
