Description
This sale is for a Dedham Pottery Crackle Finish Bunny Border Pattern Plate with a Rabbit border designed by Charles Mills. This very deep Blue and light Gray Plate is 8-1/2″ in diameter and it has the antique Dedham Pottery ink stamp mark and also the impressed bunny mark. The bunny mark is very light possibly because of the irregular glaze finish on the back so I have put a piece of paper to show it. Please hold the Plate to the light to properly see it, if necessary. The crackle finish on this Plate is very tight spaced. It is very attractive. This Plate is Circa 1896 – 1932.
There are no chips, hairlines or repairs on this Plate but the glaze finish on the back is not to the edge of the table rim. This does not affect the appearance or use of this Plate. Please see all my photos for they are part of my description.
