If for any reason you want to return the merchandise contact us within 3-5 business days of receiving the merchandise for a “written” R.M.A#. (Return Merchandise Authorization #) For defective merchandise-an exchange will be shipped. All other returns will be subject to a minimum 20% restocking charge
All returns must be in the original manufacturer’s packaging in brand new condition and include all packaging material and accessories. For example: instruction manual, inserts (Styrofoam), plastic bags, and unfilled warranty card
