The Process:
Cast in a mold from liquid clay (slip)
Carefully and professionally cleaned
Detail re-applied when and if necessary
Fired in a kiln to about 1,950

Inspected , cleaned further if necessary
Painted with acrylics and left to dry for a day or two
Ready to be packed and shipped!
Our ceramic bisque is fired to cone 04, as such it can be either:
Painted with acrylics
Glazed and re-fired

Handling Time
Important:
Please check that the expected delivery time is okay with you before you purchase. In order to keep quality up and prices down, all of our painted & finished ceramic bisque pieces are made to order items, production will begin at the time of purchase and could take up to 15 business days to complete.
Payment
We gladly accept PayPal as payment. Please make payment within 72 hours from the time of purchase. If you are unable to make the transaction in under 72 hours, please contact us so that we may assist you in resolving the matter.
Shipping
Due to the delicate nature of ceramic glass, we will only ship via USPS priority mail. We do offer combined shipping whenever possible. Feel free to contact us for more details, or use the “request an invoice from seller” feature upon checkout. If requesting an invoice, please allow us up to 24 hours to properly process your order.
Damaged Items
If your item(s) arrive damaged from shipping, please contact us within 24 hours. Please provide photos of the damaged product(s) and any damage to the box(es) they arrived in. Otherwise , if your items arrive in satisfactory condition, please consider leaving a positive feedback.
